Quality control and after-sales service
1. Making quality inspection before the goods entering the warehouse, and the manufacturer provide the relevant quality inspection certificate.
2. Provide product’s pictures and packing list to customers for confirmation before shipment.
3. We provide quality assurance for our products. If the customer after receiving the goods found that the product has any quality problems, Customer should provide the related pictures or videos for evidence, after our company confirms that it is our quality problem, we will provide new products for free.
4. Due to the wrong delivery of products caused by our company, it can be refunded or exchange according to the customer's request to ensure the interests of the customer. If the wrong item was delivered due to a customer's incorrect information, we do not accept exchanges or refunds.
