Clutch installation:
1. The clutch disc friction plate cannot be oiled.
2. Pay attention to the pressure plate facing the pressure plate on the protruding side of the clutch disc with the vibration damping spring during installation.
3. Before installation, check the cooperation between the spline of the clutch disc hub and the spline of the input shaft, under normal circumstances, the movement is free, but it is not stuck, and there can be no obvious sense of looseness.
4. When assembling the clutch, pay attention to the mutual order between the parts and cannot be misassembled. After the clutch pressure plate is assembled, it is best to carry out a dynamic balance test if possible.
