The function of the Crankshaft pulley
Maintenance Methods for the Crankshaft Pulley
Inspect end face and running condition: Visually check if the pulley end face is flat. Start the engine and observe if there is deflection or jitter during pulley operation. After turning off the engine, manually rotate the pulley to check for jamming or looseness, which may indicate internal bearing damage.
Belt tightness inspection: Press the middle part of the belt; the standard sinkage is 10–15 mm (slightly different for different vehicle models, subject to the maintenance manual). Excessively tight belts will increase the load on pulley bearings and accelerate wear; excessively loose belts are prone to slipping, affecting the normal operation of components such as the generator and water pump.

A:T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We will send you the packing list and the photos of the products before your payment.
